As JuneYao aviation business grows, Shanghai Kangqiao Base will be developed into "JuneYao Aviation City" according to current planning as a command center and training base for JuneYao Aviation. It will also be used as JuneYao E-commerce service center and logistics center. Meanwhile, a multi-purpose research building of 50,000 m2 will be constructed together with supporting facilities such as hotel, supermarket, recreational place and apartment for renting or selling. The whole investment for the project is approximately RMB 50 million. The project is divided into three phases and will be complete for operation in 2010.
