Hanshui Apartment Building is a housing project located at the east side of Jianghan No.1 Bridge in Wuhan city, facing Hanjing River on its north. Hanshui Apartment Building consists of two multi-storey buildings, Building A and Building B. it was completed in the end of 2002 with a construction area of 11,400 square meters. It is the first housing project of European continental style with arc-shape balcony, sloping roof and orange color for exterior wall.
Qingshiqiao Housing Project is one of the key projects in Wuhan for dilapidated house reconstruction. It stands by the side of famous ancient monastery Guiyuan Temple, adjacent to Yingwu Avenue. The project has 17 multi-storey buildings, commenced in 1992 with a construction area of 94,100 square meters. The whole project was developed by two phases and was completed 1997. Qingshiqiao Housing Project developed eight buildings in Phase I with a floorage of 39,000 square meters and nine buildings in Phase II with a floorage of 55,100 square meters. The original condition of Qingshiqiao area was: roads were paved with green stone; houses were obsolete, most of which were constructed before 1937, with many dilapidated houses, many wooden partition houses, many tile covered houses and many roof leaking houses. This area was known as dilapidated house area in Wuhan city. After five years of development, the residential conditions have been transformed. Dilapidated houses have been reconstructed and the house area occupied by house owners has been increase to 50 square meters per household from 30 square meters per household comparing to conditions before reconstruction.
Maojiaodi Housing Project is the first large area Dilapidated House Reconstruction project undertaken by the company. The project is located in the central area of Hanyang, close to Hanyang Avenue, facing Guiyuan Temple with a certain distance. On its north there are historical relics of Lute Platform and Yuehu Lake. Maojiadi project has a construction area of 114,000 square meters, with 24 multi-storey buildings, all facing south. The project was constructed in five phases. The first three phases were initiated in 1988, 1989 and 1991, all completed by the end of 1992. The first three phases developed 21 multi-storey building with a floorage over 80,000 square meters. 523 households were resettled. The fourth and the fifth phased commenced in 1994 and 1995 respective and were all completed by the end of 1996.
