Wuhan JuneYao Real Estate Limited is a comprehensive business company mainly engaged in real estate development, dealing with real estate management and house relocation. Registered capital is RMB 60 million Yuan. It has independent corporate capacity with real estate development grade two qualifications.
The company was formerly known as Wuhan Hanyang Real Estate Company, established in 1954, a company conducting services related to real estate development, property management, public house management, residential building relocation, replacement and plastic-steel door/window manufacture. The company pooled together a team of professionals with good management experience and technical skills, and also established an excellent service system. ISO9001:2000 quality certification system was implemented in the company.
On August 20th 2005, the company carried out overall reorganization and joined JuneYao Group. Now the company has seven specialized fundamental units dealing with real estate development, residential building relocation, public house management, property management, house replacement and plastic-steel door/window manufacture. The company has 265 employees, 49 of them are professionals on various fields.
II.Business Introduction
1¡¢Real Estate Development. From 1988 to 2005, the areas of old city reconstruction and real estate development totaled to 400,000 square meters. The company completed 271,200 square meter of old city construction, including Maojiadi community, Qingshi community, Baihe community, and Yaoqi garden. It also built 76,200 square meter of brand building for commercial and residential use, including Yangcheng Jingyuan and Yingjiang Huating. Now the company has a land reserve of 1000 mu (app. 66.67 hectares) named Hanjiangyuan. The land lot is close to Jianghan Bridge 2 on the east in Wuhan, neighbor to Hanjiang River bank on the north, extends to Hanyang Avenue on the south and connects to Jianghan Bridge 6 (will be build soon) on the west. Guoqin Road will be soon complete and ran across the land lot. In 2006, Hanjiangyuan affordable housing project phase I was initiated, covering a floorage of 140,000 square meters with 15 11-storey buildings and 12 multi-storey building. It has a super large artificial lake of 18000©Oby its side. There are 1786 households in total with a kindergarten. Green space ratio is 35%.
2¡¢House Relocation Starting from 2000, the company undertook a number of municipal construction and real estate development project related to the house relocation, including, Hanyang district south river bank, moon lake, Mindong International, Lanting, Lotus Lake and municipal No. 5 hospital. 120,000 houses are removed with a floorage of one million square meters. The company was highly acclaimed by Wuhan municipal leaders for its house relocation work.
3¡¢Public House Management By the end of December 2005, company has exercised management for 723 public house buildings under direct control of Hanyan district, with 5300 households and a floorage of 262613.41©O.
III.Operational Concept
