JuneYao Aviation was started in 1991 when Wang Junyao and Wang Junjin initiated the Private Chartered Flight Business. Now aviation business has become one of the two pillar units sustaining JuneYao Group.
On July 28th 1991, Wang Junyao (former chairman) and Wang Junjin (Chairman) boldly contracted the flight course from Changsha to Wenzhou and became the pioneers in China Private Chartered Flight Business. The first private chartered flight company in China - Wenzhou Tianlong Chartered Flight Company Limited - was hence formed. This contracted flight course is the witness of involvement of private business in state-controlled industries and is a sound proof of China's Opening up policy. At the end of 2000, JuneYao relocated its operation business center to Shanghai and established JuneYao Group Aviation Service Limited, making JuneYao Aviation Service step into a new development era. At present, JuneYao Aviation Service has started over fifty chartered flight routes to all major cities in China and its market service network has covered a wide area in China.
On August 18th 2002, with approval from General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, JuneYao Group became a shareholder of China Eastern Airlines Wuhan Ltd. It was the first private-owned enterprise that became the shareholder of a wholly state-owned business. In June 2005, JuneYao acquired the permission to establish Shanghai JuneYao Airlines Co., Ltd and started its first flight in September 2006. In March 2006, JuneYao Group successfully held the majority share of China first private-owned airline company - Okay Airways Co., Ltd, and thus laid its foundation on Shanghai and Tianjin, corresponding to Asia-pacific aviation hub in Shanghai and Binhai New Area of Tianjin.
During the course of its transformation into modern service industry, JuneYao Aviation devotes itself into air transportation and chartered flight business, provides services of safety and greatest comfort to our passengers based on an E-commerce platform.
