  Brief of JuneYao in Education
    Building up Century-honored School - JuneYao's Century-Honored concept extends to education.
In JuneYao millstone it is briefly recorded that "August 2005 JuneYao Group transformed Shanghai World Foreign Language Middle School and Primary School into privately-run schools". Short as it is, the record once again expresses the JuneYao's approach to take social responsibilities.
Back in 2005, JuneYao Group responded actively to the comprehensive reformation to education proposed by Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to achieve the strategic goal of modernization in education. It made a great investment of RMB 60 million into education cause and engaged educational reformation to Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School and Middle School. (¡ø Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School and Middle School were established in 1993 and 1994 respectively. Schools have domestic section, overseas section and PYP Section International Baccalaureate Organization Primary Year Program.) Currently these two schools are using principal responsibility system under Board of Directors.
With participation in education, JuneYao extends its Century-honored concept to education. Education is not an industry to JuneYao Group, but an extension and embodiment of JuneYao's commitment of social responsibility. JuneYao Group will develop these two schools into educational brands which ability of sustainable development and commitment to social responsibilities. JuneYao will build Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School and Middle School into century-honored schools with sustainable development while devoting itself into establishment of century-honored enterprise with sustainable development.
JuneYao Group not only has greatly improved the teaching facilities but also gradually increased the payment to teachers and enhanced quality of teaching. To seek diversified education mode, JuneYao Group diligently explores social resource. Through introducing advanced teaching method of PYP and MYP from overseas countries to integrate into Chinese education, JuneYao intends to educate students with the approach of "one who has mind of Chinese-oriented culture can become a person with a global view". These important measures have further improved the modern education mode of foreign languages schools, encouraging the society to focus on non-state education, to participate in non-state education and therefore help non-state education to grow.
Wang Junjin, who is also the Chairman of Shanghai Foreign Language Middle School and Primary School, has his own understanding about the long term social benefit. He expressed that there is no stop for company improvement, not to education, and therefore we should have a long term view. Without the filtering and self cleaning function by market to education, it will be extremely difficult to break down the barriers in education by merely using administrative measures. Non-state education not only provides the society with more and better education resource, but also has a great significance to expanding education opportunities and innovating education system. Meanwhile, it can be good reference for state-owned schools to seek reformation in education.
The concept of "We repay the society for what we gain from it" has been integrated into the group since the establishment of JuneYao by the founder Wang JunYao.
