    With 16 years¡¯ history since 1991, JuneYao Group is mainly engaged in aviation and marketing service. Real estate and investment are also in its scope of business. There is more than 5000 staff in JuneYao Group which has been listed as one of the TOP 100 Chinese Private Enterprises for many years. It provides qualified service beyond people¡¯s expectation and is ambitious of building up a global century-honored brand in modern service industry.

JuneYao invested in Three Gorges Guangcai Program and the establishment of JuneYao Fund for University Graduated Volunteers Serving Western China Program made a great contribution to the harmonious development of west China.
Today, Three Gorges Dam project has already been completed and in operation. This is an achievement that catches world attention. Back to 2000 when former Chairman, Mr. Wang Junyao (the Founder) joined the "Guangcai Program Three Gorges Trip", the residents there to be relocated were anxious about finding a job. That picture is still fresh in our mind today. The key to success of national project for Three Gorges lies in the relocation of its residents. The employment is a decisive social issue for a successful national policy. All these became a great concern to us too. JuneYao Group decided to invest in Yichang city in Three Gorges Dam area to establish a dairy process base to solve the unemployment problem for the immigrants.
Four months later, the Phase I Project of Yichang Dairy Company was completed in April 2000 and started the production. In 2001, the company brought in three Tetra Pak production lines from Sweden. So far Yichang Dairy Company Project Phase II and Phase III all have completed and now the production capacity reaches 116,000 ton/year.
One of the objectives to establish the dairy process base is to construct an upstream and downstream supply chain and therefore create more job opportunities for immigrants. After the establishment of the dairy process base, we launched a "10000 Milk Cow Breeding Program". The milk produced from these households is collected by our dairy process base which also provides cattle full tracking service. If cow breeding farms couldn't start their business due to lack of money, JuneYao Group would offer the security to persuade banks to issue loan to these farmers. Then later each month, money will be deducted from the milk payment to farmers to pay the loan. Meanwhile, government tax subsidy would be used to buy insurance for cows. These are innovative practices to support farmers which ease their worries and concerns.
In July 2001, in State Council Three Gorges Project Residents Construction Relocation and Counterpart Supporting Working Conference, JuneYao Group former Chairman Mr. Wang Juneyao was awarded the honor of "Model Individual of Supporting Three Gorges Project Construction". He also had a cordial meeting with Premier Zhu Rongji and Vice Premier Wu Bangguo of the time.
In that conference JuneYao Group signed an another agreement to invest in Dangyang city to establish one more dairy process base. The project was listed as the key project for attention and follow-up of Guangcai Three Gorges Trip by China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program. Initial investment for the project was RMB 50 million Yuan to mainly produce bottled milk products with a capability of 3500 ton/year. After the initial phase, the aim would be creating 500 job opportunities, developing 1000 farm households to raise milk cows and helping 5000 people free from poverty. Dangyang Dairy process base started production in September 2002 and its operation has a great significance to Three Gorges resident relocation works, the continuous development of Three Gorges agriculture industrialization and the optimization of local agricultural structure.
In Three Gorges area, JuneYao Group has two dairy process bases in Yichang and Dangyang, and one demo pasture land. Total investment approaches to RMB 200 million yuan. Fresh milk process capacity reaches 120,000 ton/year. A leading enterprise with agricultural industrialization combining cultivation, breeding, deep process and sales now has come into being. The output value for these years totaled to RMB 645 million yuan and the tax paid reached 31.95 million yuan. Approximately ten million yuan state-owned assets were revitalized and indirectly revived tens of companies with related business.
In order to promote overall management of the base, JuneYao Group engaged professional agency to make plans and readjustments on management a variety of subject such as production, technology and quality in the base. The base obtained ISO9002 qualification management certification by the end of 2002. In 2003, the company was listed as the key enterprise for agriculture products deep process by National Development and Reform Commission.
Key management personnel of the company were recruited from the local area in order to best use local human resource. In order to enhance their management skill, key technical and managerial personnel were sent to Shanghai, Wuxi and Wenzhou at different companies to receive training. Key technicians in the process base were sent to Australia to receive systematic training. So far except for a few important technical posts being taken by personnel assigned from the Group, most assigned personnel to Three Gorges area have been withdrawn and the management now is basically taken by local personnel.
Since JuneYao's investment in Three Gorges, it has directly created job opportunities for over 1000 immigrants and indirectly created over 5000 job opportunities. Many households become well off. Mr. Ran Yiquan, 43_years old immigrant relocated from Wushan to Babaoshan village in Yilin, benefited from this type of support. He purchased 16 milk cows and became one of the first farmers to get rich.
Through crop cultivation, livestock breeding and process industrial chain, the problem about unemployment of immigrants was effectively solved and the economic development of Three Gorges was accelerated.

JuneYao Fund for University Graduated Volunteers Serving Western China Program

In 2003. In response to national call of development West China, Communist Youth League of China implemented the plan of University Graduated Volunteers Serving Western China. JuneYao Group donated RMB 10 million Yuan to establish JuneYao Fund for University Graduated Volunteers Serving Western China Program. It is the largest donation since the launch of the program.
While the Serving West China Program was under implementation, many University Graduates responded with enthusiasm and joined the program. Countless people from all spectra of society supported the program and their passion for our nation and their selfless spirit to the cause deeply moved JuneYao Group. As a private-owned business with great sense of social responsibility, we just should make our contribution to this Guangcai Prgoram that "gains for the not moment but millennia". We are honored to be a part of this cause.
Main purpose of JuneYao Fund is to support 191 "Developing Counties Subsidized by JuneYao". Project offices in the program carry out daily management work for volunteers and support the University Graduates with daily necessities. JuneYao Prize for University Graduated Volunteers Serving Western China Program is established to commend and reward excellent University Graduated Volunteers who successfully complete their tasks.

 With support from "JuneYao Fund for University Graduated Volunteers Serving Western China Program", over 7000 University Graduates completed their two year volunteer service in 2006 and 11300 university graduates make their trips to west China for volunteer practice. JuneYao Group will continue to undertake its 5-year commitment to JuneYao Fund for University Graduated Volunteers Serving Western China Program. Up till now, over 30,000 university graduates have served in west China. The exchange of human resources between east China and west China, and the interaction between urban and rural area greatly contributed to the formation of new social outlook of devotion, friendliness, caring and advancing.
JuneYao Fund for University Graduated Volunteers Serving Western China Program is a pure public welfare cause and an embodiment of JuneYao's commitment to society.

Setting foot on social responsibilities and constructing long term strategy for corporate development
Different from other enterprises concerning approach to social welfare and charity cause, JuneYao does not wait for developing into a great corporate scale to consider social interest activities. It integrates the notion of social responsibility into the course of corporate development right from the beginning. When JuneYao Group establishes a project, it does not just consider profitability, but also constantly combines the project with development of local economy and long term social benefit.
JuneYao's investment in Three Gorges project has become a worth case of China Guangcai Program. It also forms our "Hubei Complex". Hubei is a central province in China to connect to Shanghai. We consider the investment in Hubei has a great strategic importance to the corporate. While implementing the project of dairy process base in Three Gorges area, we also engaged in development of Three Gorges tourism resources.
 In June 2003, Yichang JuneYao International Plaza laid its foundation. JuneYao Group targeted at the tourist services that were inadequate in Three Gorges and designed a landmark building of multi-function for hotel, shopping mall and theatre, with a construction area of 100,000 square meters. This project set a great model for promoting local commerce and supporting local tourist service. The theatre was designed to be the major site hosting important events in the local area.
With a tight construction schedule, podium building was completed in October 2006. Now the construction for main building continues and podium building starts decoration. In 2007 Yichang JuneYao International Plaza is the main conference site to host the 6th China Art Festival in the local area. It will have a significant effect to promote Yichang local tourism economy and accelerate economic develop when Three Gorges Dam is completed..
In 2005, JuneYao Group participated in the reformation for state-owned assets in central China and acquired Hanyang Real Estate Company in Wuhan. This company was a state-owned enterprise engaged in affordable housing construction, responsible for reconstructing the old city for local government. After reformation, the company still mainly engages in affordable housing. In the ceremony for acquisition and reformation, official leaders from Hubei province and Wuhan city highly praised JuneYao Group for its constant investment in Hubei, particularly for the social benefit that came after it.


Guangcai Program responses to Global Compact and private business creates credibility as its pass
In October 2001, the JuneYao's innovative practice of investment for Three Gorges project to improve the immigrants' living quality was presented and introduced as a worth case in UN Global Compact Forum. As the only Chinese private-owned enterprise representative recommended by China Enterprise Confederation, JuneYao Group¡¯s Chairman attended the Forum in London and submitted Letter of Commitment for UN Global Compact which covers employment and environmental protection.
UN Global Compact was proposed by UN Secretary Kofi Annan in January 1999 and officially initiated at UN headquarter in July 2000. Mr. Kofi Annan referred to Global Compact as the "global pass for enterprise credibility". We consider that the Guangcai Program in China has the same concept as the Global Compact.
Therefore we confirm our belief to actively participate in Guangcai Program, to hold on to the principle of valuing both profit and virtue, to seek combination of social benefit and Corporate benefit, to grow stronger in Guangcai Program, to present a sound and stable enterprise to the society, to create more job opportunities and to contribute to the promotion of harmonious society. these are the duties for being an entrepreneur.


"Century-honoured" concept extends to education
JuneYao is a shining brand in private-owned business economy. Brand is a kind of quality out of years of culture accumulation and reflection. Brand is the vital element of core competence, to a famous company or renowned school. The development of brand should also be a constant process of building, maintaining, perfecting and progressing. To build an individualized brand for non-state education is an unquestionable requirement for development of non-state education today. JuneYao Group was involved in educational reformation of Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School and Shanghai Foreign Language Middle School in 2005. These two schools already have developed good brand for education and now they step into market with business entities. Non-state education becomes a supplement and improvement for JuneYao Group and JuneYao will further enhance its education brand and guarantee its real development in a long run. JuneYao Group hopes to study the cooperation, integration and interaction of these two brands and create a new pattern for development. By introducing PYP and MYP teaching mode into China and with language study, JuneYao Group tends to find the better way to develop students' creativity and cultivate talented people for the future of China. This project is not viewed as an industry at JuneYao Group, but rather an extension of JuneYao's social responsibility. We will build these two schools into the education brand which have sustainable development and constant undertake social responsibilities. JuneYao determines to build "Century-honored Brand" and become a company with sustainable development. The non-state education of World Foreign Language Primary School and Middle School will become "Century-honored School" and become schools with sustainable development.
We should have a broad view for the whole world. There is no end to the development of a business, and the same is true to education. Non-state education offers the society with more high quality education resources. It has a great significance to expanding education opportunities and promoting education system innovation. It can also serve as reference to state education system reform. JuneYao Group will make every effort to fulfill its obligation to the society.
"What kind of world we leave to our children largely depends on what kind of children we leave for the world" (1998 UNESCO Annual Report prologue). JuneYao Group uses historical viewpoint to analyze current status and predict the trend. It holds onto nationwide education benefit and use non-state finance to facilitate the development of non-state education.
