New Year: New Four Modernizations, Forge a New Chapter

On January 10, 2025, the annual working conference of the Juneyao Group was held in Shanghai. This year's working conference was themed " New Four Modernizations, Forge a New Chapter ", reviewing the achievements made by each business sector in the past year in response to external changes and their own strategic needs, focusing on and implementing the "Four Modernizations". It also looked forward to the new year, under the guidance of the "New Four Modernizations" strategy, shaping a "new" self, embracing "new" knowledge, seizing "new" opportunities, and creating "new" achievements!

This meeting was held in a hybrid format with both online and offline participation, featuring interactive sessions at the main venue and ten sub-venues across the country, thus achieving multi-location coordination. Over 120 leaders from the group headquarters and its business units gathered at the main venue, while the ten sub-venues across the nation engaged in real-time interaction via screens, transcending geographical boundaries. Nearly 20,000 employees of the group participated in the meeting through the Juneyao Group APP. During the meeting, the group and some business units presented their work reports; the top ten events of Juneyao Group were announced; and outstanding employees, managers, and teams of 2024 were commended. In his speech, Wang Junjin, the chairman of Juneyao Group, emphasized that in 2025, the group should firmly adhere to the new "Four Modernizations", with each business sector aligning with, focusing on, persisting in, solidifying, and analyzing the "Four Modernizations", and transforming them into the driving force and capability for long-term development.

The meeting was presided over by Gao Binghua, Executive President of Juneyao Group. Wang Junhao, Party Secretary and President of Juneyao Group, delivered the group's annual work report. Juneyao Airlines, Jiuyuan Airlines, Aijian Group, Huarui Bank, Da Dongfang, Juneyao Health, World Outside Education Group, Juneyao Auto, and Kangqiao Industry respectively reported their 2024 work summaries and 2025 work plans. In the keynote speech session, Jie Jiayu, the head of Juneyao Group's Information Technology Department, gave a speech on the theme of "Technology", interpreting the concept of "Technology" in the context of Juneyao Group based on the current situation and challenges of the group's informatization and digitalization. Wu Kezhao, President of Huarui Bank, delivered a speech on the theme of "Ecology", elaborating on the strategic vision of achieving sustainable development for Juneyao Group through the construction and maintenance of an industrial ecosystem, providing a clear blueprint for the group's long-term development. Wang Junhao's work report was themed "Unswervingly Focusing on Value Creation, Empowering Juneyao's Centennial Development with 'Four Modernizations'". He reviewed the achievements made by each sector of Juneyao Group under the guidance of the "Four Modernizations" strategy and looked forward to the development direction in 2025, emphasizing the need to start from "newness" and adhere to three principles:

· Adhere to long-termism and focus on creating new value: Complete the Group's "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" and "Sixteenth Five-Year Plan" strategic planning with high quality, and accelerate the layout of the Group's future industries.

· Adhere to long-termism and focus on the core values of the enterprise: Continuously inject new vitality and new impetus into brand cultivation, and · persistently shape and maintain the Joyo brand well.

       Adhere to long-termism and focus on the "spirit of ownership": Unite to forge a new chapter of advanced corporate culture and work together to build a more beautiful "Happy Juneyao".

He encouraged the Juneyao people to continue to be guided by the "12345" methodology, take on the responsibility of being the masters, persist in value creation, arm market competitiveness with technological innovation, enhance global influence with international strategies, strengthen internal cohesion with ecological construction, and lead new quality productivity with green concepts. He called on all employees to forge ahead with determination, pursue excellence, strive to achieve the group's annual goals and tasks, and with the practical actions and achievements of higher-quality development, write a new chapter for the century-old Juneyao.

Wang Junjin said with emotion, "We have strived for another year, passed through 2024, and entered the brand-new 2025." He is full of confidence in the future and firmly believes that 2025 will be better than 2024. Wang Junjin affirmed the efforts of each business sector in the past year, stating, "Everyone has been responding to the 'Four Modernizations', getting close to them, and moving forward in the right direction along the 'Four Modernizations', and has achieved results." He emphasized that in 2025, they must firmly adhere to the new 'Four Modernizations', and each sector should align with, revolve around, persist in, consolidate, analyze, and monetize the 'Four Modernizations', ultimately transforming these into profits, GDP, and the driving force and capacity for long-term sustainable development. When in confusion and doubt, they should refer to the "One Two Three Four Five" methodological action plan, fully utilize the "methodology", check whether they are persistent, whether there is innovation, whether the innovation is valuable, and whether it can bring vitality, new development, and new capabilities.

In addition, Wang Junjin also shared the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, which focuses on preventing internal competition, promoting consumption, and driving economic growth, as well as helping private enterprises solve problems and supporting their development. He concluded that, overall, the economic outlook for 2025 is promising. As long as the "Four Modernizations" direction is clear, the "One, Two, Three, Four, Five" work approach is clear, and they are well applied and implemented, there is nothing that cannot be accomplished!

· At the annual meeting, Wang Junjin revealed the ten major events of 2024, taking everyone on a review of the ever-changing year.

· At the meeting, 25 "Outstanding Employees of 2024", 15 "Outstanding Managers of 2024", and 3 "Outstanding Teams of 2024" were commended. They were encouraged to keep up the good work and continue to strive for the goal of becoming a "century-old store".

· During the "Gathering Drops of Love to Form a Warm Stream of Great Love" donation event, everyone took out their mobile phones one after another to transfer funds to the "Juneyao Group Love Fund".

· Wang Jun, Tang Xu, Liu Ruiqi, Li Jingjing, teachers from Jinshan World Foreign Language School of Juneyao World Education Group, and students Sun Yue and Wang Guanxin presented an inspiring poetry recitation performance titled "New Voices Leading the Way, Born for the Future".
