For over three decades, the Juneyao Group has consistently adhered to its corporate mission: "Create value for society, build an international modern service industry that lasts for a century." It has long been actively involved in various Guangcai Programs and public welfare initiatives, having invested over 5 billion yuan in Guangcai Projects, over 2 billion yuan in education, and more than 300 million yuan in various public welfare activities and charitable causes. These efforts have cumulatively benefited over 500,000 impoverished individuals and vulnerable groups.

The Group focuses efforts on targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, contributing strength to help regions escape poverty and achieve development in 13 prefectures across 6 provinces, including Wangmo in Guizhou, Longchuan in Yunnan, and Yichang in Hubei. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, Juneyao Group swiftly established the "Juneyao Global Action Group," organizing employees worldwide to procure and donate over 1 million pieces of pandemic prevention and control materials, and无偿承运 (gratuitously transport) over 3 million pieces, with a total donation value exceeding 100 million yuan. It established the "Juneyao Education Promotion Award," participated in thematic projects like the "College Student Volunteering Service to the West Plan" and the "Sino-American Outstanding Young Leaders Program" to support educational development, and meticulously running schools as a new channel for engaging in social welfare, innovating its original public welfare model. The Group consistently provides relief to those in need, offering immediate donations and supplies during sudden emergency events such as the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake, the 2010 Yushu Earthquake, the 2021 Zhengzhou severe floods, the 2023 Jishishan Earthquake in Gansu, and the 2025 Dingri Earthquake in Tibet. It co-launched the "Standing Project" with the China Association of Persons with Disability and the China Charities Aid Foundation for Children, and initiated relief projects like the "Guangcai Anti-Blindness" program.
